Shipping

We are based in Birmingham, AL, USA. We ship all items Priority Mail (you will receive your items within 2-3 business days.  All orders ship weekdays within 2 business days unless stated otherwise.

Please allow 5 business days before orders ship.

United States Postal Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped Priority Mail or First Class.

All orders require a processing time of up to 24 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. 

Priority Shipping is also available and takes 2-3 business days to ship and will be delivered via Priority Mail.

Overnight shipping is available for US customers.

Once the package has left our office and has been received by the post office.  A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.

If your package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped.

If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for We are not liable to send a replacement package.  You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.

 We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address, or delays due to weather conditions.
